A continuation on the Christmas cookie theme... these are my mom's favourite... vegan version!

Jam Jam's
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegan margarine/Earth Balance
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg substitute
2 Tbsp almond/non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp salt
Jam
Directions:
-Mix all ingredients together, except jam
-Chill dough
-Roll 1/8" thick
-Cut into rounds with 1/2 centerhole
-Put together with 1/2 tsp jam and pinch lightly
-Bake 340 F for 10 minutes
